General condition of use

 

Rates & taxes :

 

All our prices are for 1 or 2 persons including room & breakfast. The 10% vat is also included in the price. 

All our room are double room but we can add an extra bed in the room Chocolat & Amarillo for an extra charge of 15€ 

Our prices does not include the city taxes which are 2,3€ by night and by person. This tax is totally donated to the Morrocan Office of Tourism every month.

 

Bookings :

 

All bookings must preferably be made through our secured platform or by email. To finalise your booking you will need to provide your CC details or connect through your Paypal account.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your booking, also 10 days before your arrival you will receive on the mail you provided some informations & service proposition (Airport transfer, Diner at the Riad, Excursions...).

 

Cancelation :

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment :

 

You will be able to pay at the Riad with cash : Dirhams, Euros, Dollars, with credit card : Master card or Visa, or with Paypal

Please notice that there is an extra charge of 3,3% on credit card payment.

 

Inside the Riad :

 

As we offer food and drink service it is strictly forbiden to bring food and drinks inside the Riad.

As it's forbiden by morrocan law, it is strictly forbiden to bring local morrocan people inside the Riad.

 

Excursions :

 

Riad El Youssoufi recommend few local agency, we can make the booking for you, but we are not responsible in any problems you could meet with them, also you must pay the agency not the Riad as it is two differents companies.
